FEAST Evaluation All applicants awarded FEAST funding must complete an evaluation form at the conclusion of their project. There are different evaluation forms depending on the grant you receive.
The forms are available to download here.
If you have been awarded a Mains Grant, you will also be expected to send FEAST an interim report that evaluates your progress half way through the project.
The last 10% of all FEAST grants are not released until we have received the project evaluation form.
FEAST evaluation forms are very important for us and for you.
They are a chance for you to give FEAST as full a picture as possible of your project and the people who benefitted from it. One thing we ask for is any direct feedback you received from members of the community who engaged with the project.
The evaluation form is an opportunity for you to reflect on any unexpected outcomes, positive or negative that occurred and the lessons you learnt and would apply to your future work.
In it you are able to give feedback on your experience working with FEAST which means we can improve our services.
The data collected in the forms allow FEAST to report back to our funders; Cornwall Council and The Arts Council, helping to ensure the FEAST programme continues to be commissioned. This data also gives us a clearer picture of the culture sector in Cornwall; the more information we have the better we can help the sector grow.
