At the end of a project, before FEAST release the final 10% of your grant, you must complete our Creative Communities End of Project Evaluation.
FEAST evaluations are very important for your project and for FEAST. They are a chance for you to give FEAST as full a picture as possible of your project and the people who benefitted from it. One thing we ask for is any direct feedback you received from members of the community who engaged with the project.
The evaluation form is an opportunity for you to reflect on any unexpected outcomes, positive or negative that occurred and the lessons you learnt and would apply to your future work.
In it you are able to give feedback on your experience working with FEAST which means we can improve our services.
The data collected in the forms allows FEAST to report back to our funders; Cornwall Council and The Arts Council, helping to ensure the FEAST programme continues to be commissioned. This data also gives us a clearer picture of the culture sector in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly; the more information we have the better we can help the sector grow.
