CAST’s popular programme of free drop-in artist-led creative activities throughout the summer on Saturdays in the walled garden at National Trust Penrose. Activities include pigment making, pinch pottery, wood construction, clay modelling, botanical exploration, wild weaving, cyanotype photography and nature based print-making. This year, CAST has also extended the programme out onto the Lizard peninsula with CAST-Away sessions taking place on Wednesdays in August. The CAST team will be joined by special guest artists and musicians to inspire invention and making, movement and play in different places around the Lizard.
