Working with sound artist Justin Wiggan, Year 7 students recorded a word, phrase, or statement that represents who they are. These recordings were converted into visual forms using sound technology, capturing the unique patterns, rhythms, and frequencies of each voice.
Students then developed these visuals into printed artworks through experimental printmaking processes, using colour, layering, and composition to express identity in new ways.
This is a portrait without a face; a visual trace of a voice, a moment, and a person.
