An exciting new festival in the Cornish cultural calendar, running from the 14-17th October 2021. Falmouth Book Festival is brought to you by the team behind Port Eliot Festival’s celebrated literary stages and supported by Falmouth University, the Falmouth Bookseller, FEAST and the Falmouth BID. This year’s line-up reflects a range of themes that seem to matter most at the moment: our relationship with the natural world; wellbeing and a sense of belonging; and rural and Cornish identity in a time of change. Featuring a dynamic line-up of authors, poets and storytellers including: Philip Marsden, Monique Roffey, Lamorna Ash, Mark Jenkin, Anitha Sethi, Helen Lederer, Charlie Carroll, Raynor Winn, Max Porter, Luke Wright, Nina Stibbe, Wyl Menmuir, Gavin Knight, Cathy Rentzenbrink, Rebecca Cobb, Craig Barr- Green, Tim Hannigan and Catrina Davies.
The festival will take place throughout Falmouth town, in venues such as the Poly, Princess Pavilions and Falmouth Art Gallery and Library and sets out to celebrate all the things we’re most passionate about: books, sharing ideas, and bringing people together. www.falmouthbookfestival.com
