King for a Day is poetic archive-led documentary immersing us in the personal story of the people of Padstow, their ancient rituals and the challenges they face in a rapidly changing world. Filmed since 2010 and embracing rare archive material spanning over 100 years, this collaborative film is currently being sent to film festivals and seeking distribution.  Feast has supported a screening in Padstow for the families involved before it’s official release.
