Redruth Mural

A new mural has been created for Redruth on the Station Road hoarding, to replace the earlier one that was once beautiful but now looking rather sad.  Tony Minnion, artist, has worked with 40 pupils of Redruth School to create individual images that depict the wealth of architectural riches within the town. They began by visiting sites within Redruth before being shown around the impressive new Kresen Kernow building in the old Brewery.  A range of techniques were used – photography, screen printing, photoshop- to create a giant collaborative design celebrating the often unnoticed gems of Redruth.
