Creative Kernow, based at Krowji, is the umbrella organisation for the following nine projects. Together we support the production, promotion and distribution of work by creative practitioners in Cornwall because we believe in creativity's transformative power and want more people to benefit from it.

Saltash Regatta

 
 
 

This year, Saltash Regatta are joining forces with local artists from Saltash Creative Space to enhance the regatta site and stages with community made bunting and flags.  An innovative addition is the use of old pallets to create model boats that community groups and schools will decorate and personalise. These boats will be around a 1 metre long and will be displayed around the regatta site.

This project will benefit events in Saltash for some time to come.  All the flags, bunting and boats will be stored and reused next year and by other local events.
