Creative Kernow
SpinDrift Dance Collective will be partnering with Cornish schools, community groups, local dancers and heritage sites to research the shaping of identity and connection with Cornish landscapes. Through science, art and dance investigations the participants will co-construct their own creative outcomes and dance performances in touristic spaces: Porthcurno, Newlyn, St Michael’s Mount, Falmouth, St Ives, Restormel, Cotehele and many more. Each project weaves together significant spaces in the community, schools and professional dancers to explore and develop a creative outcome that develops a community of practice and facilitates local creativity and ownership.
