Inspired by the ferocious storms which have ravaged the coastline these past two years, STORM stitches together a series of snapshots of Cornwall, the landscape and its people, revealing its patchwork identity through a combination of storytelling, live music and vignettes. Written by Callum Mitchell, STORM blends the contemporary with the traditional and explores themes of isolation, place and home. The play will be showcased at the National Rural Touring Forum conference in July, and will be toured by o – region later in the year.
